We look at what is free for your dates, confirm the price for the room, lodge or short stay you have asked about, and tell you what is included.

We Hold It While You Decide
Nothing is taken online and no payment details are collected on this website. When you are ready to go ahead we confirm the booking with you and send the arrival details.

Prices And What They Cover
Accommodation charges are based on the room or lodge you choose, your booking dates and the length of your stay. Our rates are on request: tell us your dates and the accommodation you have in mind and we will confirm a price for that stay before anything is agreed. We do not publish a live rate here because the same accommodation is priced differently at different times of year and for different lengths of stay.
Prices are quoted in euro. Nothing is charged on this website: we do not take payment details online and there is no instant booking. Once we have confirmed availability and a price, we tell you how the booking will be settled.

- Cleaning and resetting of the accommodation between stays.
- Housekeeping through longer bookings, and day-to-day maintenance.
- The same small team to speak to before, during and after your stay.
Good To Know Before You Book
- Can I book instantly?
- No. We do not run instant availability or online payment. You send an enquiry, we confirm what is free and the price, and the booking is agreed with you.
- Is there a minimum stay?
- Tell us the dates you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible for that period rather than turning it into a rule.
- How is the price confirmed?
- Per room or lodge, for your dates and length of stay. We set it out in writing before you commit.
- What if our plans change?
- The terms that apply to your booking are set out in your confirmation. Ask us before you book and we will go through them with you.
- Do you take children or pets?
- Families are welcome. Tell us about pets when you enquire so we can point you to accommodation that suits them.
- When do we get the arrival details?
- With your confirmation, so you know where to go and who to speak to before you travel.
